Omni Inventory is built upon the Contabo Cloud platform, leveraging the elastic scalability and economic benefits of cloud computing. We make use of a number of Contabo and Cloudflare products to ensure the security and reliability of our services.

Dedicated Compute
We use the Contabo platform to host our web servers and databases on powerful dedicated machines that we scale horizontally when required to meet demand.
High Availability Block Storage
We use Contabo's scalable, fault-tolerant storage solution, allowing us to benefit from their dedicated, secure, and highly available systems.
Network Protection
Cloud Firewall Protection
Powered by Cloudflare, our network is protected from malicious attacks through rules that only allow traffic from trusted sources. We filter traffic at the network layer using fine-grained control over who can access our systems.

Application Security
Accessing your Omni Inventory system requires a username and password. Access to the administration area is secured over a TLS encrypted connection. All clients have their own, dedicated database.

- Isolated Databases — Each client has a dedicated database instance, ensuring complete data isolation

Access Control
You can configure your account so that each user has restricted access to the areas that they need to work in—for example, buying staff can be set up to only use the purchase order sections, while you and your leadership have full access to the system.
Role-Based Permissions
- Administrator — Full system access and user management capabilities
- Manager — Access to reports, approvals, and team oversight
- Standard User — Daily operational access based on department needs
- Read-Only — View access for auditing and reporting purposes
Data Backup & Recovery
We understand that the data you enter into Omni Inventory is vital to the operation of your business, so our technology is designed to keep your data safe at all times.
Backup Strategy
Daily Backups
Your data is backed up every 24 hours, and those complete backups are maintained for three days to allow for restoration in the case of catastrophic failure.
Rolling Backups
For less severe issues, we maintain roll-up backups in diminishing levels of granularity for a 3-month window, within which we can restore data if required.
Geographic Redundancy
Backup data is stored in geographically separate locations to protect against regional outages and disasters.
